It is a fantastic printer and I could not be happier. The build area is huge and this printer is a huge upgrade from my previous Wanhao Duplicator. The stock springs are fantastic and do no require replacement. (though I did have to add 2 washers to each spring in order to properly level the bed) And most of the upgrades I would normally do to a new printer (such as filament run out sensor, cooling shroud, spring replacement) are all already included. So far it has printed beautifully with zero issues. The only thing I might upgrade in the future is auto bed leveling.

I love the printer ... But this company is BS !!!! I made a order then a few day later I got a email saying only one thing was shipping . The customer service sucks and you never talk to anyone in day time hours you all was get a email saying we are checking on it be and don't worry . Then after 2 weeks I get told that the printer will shipped soon they was checking it out . Ok if its new why would you have to check it out . Then I get told that the rest of the order was having to come from China and it would be a bit so after fighting with them for over a month and a half I told the to jut refund me my money . I have been trying not to bash them but they keep wanting my review so here it is . PLEASE RUN AND PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! have a good day

Assembly was super easy. Leveled the bed and printed the cuz calibration cube. Which came out beautifully with very little effort. So far I am completely thrilled with my CR- 10 v2.

extremely easy setup, i love the use of board connectors for the hotend and motor connectors, makes it fool proof. great quality at .4mm nozzle and the hotend easily keeps up with a 1.2mm nozzle at 40mm/s

I wanted to wait to review my purchase until after I got a few things worked out. As many people may know, these machines are somewhat complex and when they come out of the box they might require some adjustments. The CR10 v2 that I received was in fantastic shape - however I was have layer "squishing" in the first millimeter or so of a print causing digging, stringing, etc... Turns out the rollers on the right side of the gantry were too tight...so I just adjusted the eccentric nut a bit and now it is working extremely well - as good as the CR10S Pro that I have been using for 2 years now! Excellent printer, excellent price, couldn't be happier!

As an Ender 3 owner this upgrade was equal if not more user friendly to the ender. I would contribute that to the nearly fully assembled frame and Creality's seamless software. This printer is pretty much all any hobbyist would need. The only 2 upgrades I will be doing to the printer is adding a auto-bed leveler and a 3D touchscreen. Thanks Creality for such a great product.

Set up was pretty straight forward. My 15 yr. old son put it together downloaded a few free 3d images just to test it. Both turned out pretty good. A little tweaking with the design for some tight areas like teeth on a small figurine but, very overall with the purchase. Filament lasts a long time I think we've barely put a dent in the roll after 4 or 5 decent size prints.

Received it in great shape. The packing was like new, assembly was a breeze. The instructions clear and to the point. The filament that came with with the unit broke on first try so I used some I already had. The printer is very quiet itself, but the control box fan isn't. The unit works great, I'm still new to 3D printing and figuring out things as I go, but enjoying the journey.

I love the Creality brand. I purchased a Ender3 almost 2 years ago and loved it. Now with the purchase of my CR 10 V2, no more hacking prints up into pieces to fit the E3 bed. I'm pretty sure there's another Creality printer in my future. Keto up the great work and awesome support.

Printer runs great. The instructions are pictures only. Being a mechanic I was able to assemble it. There are a few steps not included in the instructions.

I bought the v2 during the sale promo. I was wanting another large bed printer and grabbed this one to compliment my v3. Only thing I had to do was adjust one of the Z rods. I was not in the coupling well. Everything else was tight and secure. Printer works just great. I highly recommend the CR10-v2.
