I just assembled a new ender 5+. And it seems it can't read the SD card.
Looks the sd card has no problem, I can open it on my PC. But the printer can't.

This printer is absolutely amazing! Setup took less than an hour, and this is my first printer. The design and manufacturing tolerances are EXCELLENT. All the pieces fit perfectly into place. The English version of the manual is pretty good. Before purchasing, I watched and read A LOT of reviews. Many of the negatives listed in the reviews include bed leveling issues, excessive noise, and hours of tweaking to get the printer to operate well... I experienced NONE of these issues. I actually can't believe people complain about this printer being "too loud." For my first print, I did the little owl sculpture that is included on the MSD card. I left all settings in Cura stock and just clicked print. The print quality far surpassed all of my expectations.

Printer works great!!! I would recommend.

The Ender 5 Plus is a good looking solid machine with a huge build table. In my experience, the BLTouch makes it more difficult to get the bed level because each time it is needed, it takes a long time to take measurements. Manual adjusting isn't too difficult and the machine has firmware for setting-up as opposed to the Ender 3 Pro that requires a separate print job downloadable from thingiverse to manually level using having machine move to each corner. With that said, I only use this machine for big, several hour prints.

My first printer, many moons ago, was an original RepRap Mendel. While great to learn the basics via the struggle of use, prints were mediocre at best.
Fast forward 3 printers to my first Creality machine, the Ender 5 Plus. WOW What a difference!!
The 5 Plus is well engineered and robust. My wife works for a engineering firm that utilizes a printer far more expensive then the 5 Plus, they are impressed with MY print quality!! I could not recommend any other machine at this point. The Ender/CR series machines are fantastic for people of all skill sets, from rank amateurs to seasoned owners.

This printer has been absolutely amazing! It has blown me away! I love the quality, the print size and speed! There are a few mods that I will be doing but the stock printer has been printing perfect for me thus far.

This is an amazing printer, I really really enjoy the Ender 5 Plus, it prints smooth, it is large, the only thing I had a problem with is the nozzle, it was cross threaded into the machine, it still worked however I will need a new heater block, but that is all!

Setup was a breeze, but the guy putting the printer together and boxing it must have been late for lunch because I found the screws, washers and bolts for the Z axis bar thrown loosely into the box. I could not find one screw. The instructions are incomplete and the wires coming from the extruder are not labeled so you kind of have to guess. I guessed badly and had the hot end and bed heating wires reversed. Printed great thou! I have printed 3 full bed prints already and they are all perfect! It’s a great printer so far!

Very happy with the printer. It has not had any issues after almost constant printing for a month.

I received my Ender 5 Plus, a lot faster than I thought. Setup was super easy! Except there were 5 loose screws, 6 loose nuts and 6 loose washers thrown into the box. Turns out they belonged to the Z axis to hold the plate rail onto the middle shaft. I guess whoever boxed the printer was late for lunch and just threw them into the box. The other Z axis screws were super loose. Other than that it's a great printer far! I will start my first print tonight and update this. - Keith Stenman Florida USA

I watched my son put the printer together with ease. Within 2 hours we were printing quality parts.

Very happy with the printer. Third print since set up trying to test its limitations and very satisfied. Looking forward to trying out some more changing materials once the enclosure is complete.
Only suggestion...although the mechanical assembly was easy and straight forward there was challenges attempting to upgrade firmware downloading .rar files? And needing to convert?? Still unsure if I did that correctly. Hoping there is a way to dumb it down a bit for some of us.
Otherwise extremely happy with the machine.
Thank You!!
