I purchased the BLTouch bed leveler along with the 3D printer and after the learning curve setting it all up since YouTube videos on that are old this thing is great. At least for my first experience with a 3D printer has been more pleasant than not and I've had this thing printing every single day for past 8 days and I got at least 17 more to go on the parts I need for my bookshelf. Well worth it in my opinion.

Received printer quickly. Easy to install. Works very well. However, the installation and operation instructions were not very detailed. I was able to find more information on YouTube. I would recommend improving upon that feature.

This is a great printer. Prints wonderful after minimal setup just like my Ender 3.

My first experience in 3D printing. So many “tips and tricks” to learn. I printed the puppy as my first print which turned out OK. The crappy spool of filament jammed ruining the next print. Then started a 18 part print with ESun filament. All parts had bumps on two sides in the same spot. I finally noticed that there was slack in the X belt. Made an adjustment and eliminated the bumps. Learned that rafts are an absolute must for parts that begin with small contact with the table. I have no experience with other folks results. I know I have lots of clean up, filing and sanding to do.

Compaired to my Flashforge i would say this printer was a bit of a pain especially the bed leveling. Also i notice the frame that the print head sits on (i forget the technical name) the one side always drops down so is never perfectly level. Once bed is level however it does seem to print nicely and i love the bigger volume over my tiny flashforge print volume.

Easy to assemble, quite and stable. It seems to be a good entry level 3D printer. This is my first printer but with a mechanical background familiar with its design. After just 6 hour print found Y-axis rollers have some ware and there is a noticeable sticking around middle. Been able to adjust rollers but keeps coming back so will need to investigate it further. Leveling was a chore as Z-Axis was not level and took some tinkering to get it right. Other than a few of these issues it prints great and love that the power and electronics are separate so it can be kept outside enclosure I will be building around it. This i would recommend to the DIY and mechanically inclined community as it needs a lot of tweaks.

I've only had for it for a few days, the supplied PLA works pretty good- no complaints.
I recommend heating the bed to 60 and the nozzle to 200. Have been using the novice settings the the Creality slicer and a few of the advanced settings here and there. Overall very pleased.
I do however believe there are some design elements that need to be changed, as well as some key aspects need to be mentioned in the assembly to ensure better customer experience and improve overall first impressions.

Only had it for about a month. Honestly was scared I would not be able to figure everything out. But putting it together was easy. Only complaint I have is that the fan inside the box component, when turning on started making noise for few minutes at start up. It does quite down but kind of afraid it is a warning so to speak. Hopefully not as like I said only had it for about a month. Other than that so far happy with purchase.

Minimal assembly and calibration out of the box. Great support community. This is the first time I bought a printer and haven’t modified something immediately. Only complaint is that they don’t offer it with the bl touch already installed.

Purchased for my 13 year old son and he loves it! We had it set up and printing within 2 hours of taking it out of the box. So far - he has printed fairly basic designs with minimal issues. He did have an issue with printing initially, but only because it was not level. Once leveled he has not had any issues.

1st 3d printer.
Setup took about 2 hours, but I was going slow. The instructions were somewhat unclear, but my son and I managed to get through it eventually.
After we got everything connected and the bed leveled, I printed one of the gcode files included on the SD card. The print took about 3 hours, but was *gorgeous* with no banding or strings at all.
Overall: documentation: 4/10
Quality of 1st print: 9/10
Extremely happy!
