How it works

• 2 rolls of 1kg PLA Filament will be delivered straight to your doorstep every month for 3 months.
• Cancel your subscription anytime!  We will refund the balance of unshipped items.
• Multiple Color Choice
• Only purchase 1 subscription at a time. If you’re buying a subscription as a gift for multiple individuals with different shipping addresses, please order one at a time using separate transactions.
• This product is not eligible for any discounts, please purchase separately.
• After setting up either your 3, 6, or 12-month supply, we’ll process and ship your orders monthly, so you receive a month's worth of product at a time. You will only be charged one time – when you set up the subscription initially. At the end of your 3, 6, or 12-month supply, you can either renew another prepaid subscription, start a monthly subscription, or place one-time orders as you see fit.

Delivery

• The first shipment will be sent within 7 days after the order is placed, and the rest will be sent for you on the 5-10th of every month.

• Currently only supports sending to the continental United States

Subscription Options

Manage Subscription

• Please reach out to customer service service@creality3d.shop to swap or update your subscription to a different product.
• If you need to change your address or color of the Filament, please contact us 15 days in advance, otherwise, the parcel will be sent to the original address at the scheduled time.

Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping, please contact us first. The refund takes 3-8 business days back to your account.
• We promise to process your request to cancel your order within 24 hours of the working day. However, once the order has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our Warranty and Return policy comes into effect.

Refund Policy

• Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
• We accept return within 15 days and replace within 15 days if any quality problems.
• If you cancel your subscription, we will calculate the sent Filaments at the downgraded plan or the original price.
