This is a great printer, especially for someone who would prefer to tinker and adjust versus plug something in and not understand how it works.

I was a complete newbie and did a lot of research before making my purchase. I got my machine within a week and had issues with getting my first print. The customer service was great and they are sending me some replacement parts with some extra filament for the inconvenience. I’m happy that I chose this company to work with.
Joe K.
I've tried a lot of 3d printers. Davinci, Elegoo, couple of off brand, etc. This printer is the one. The build surface is huge. The reliability is terrific. It's super easy to set up and get printing. Buy this printer. I just bought a second one. The only slight hassle is leveling, it's easy enough but with such a large bed tough to get perfect. I usually level it, start the first layer, then just adjust the leveling as it prints that layer to fine tune it. I'm probably going to add the auto level sensor just to simplify it, which looks like it costs about $50. But even without it this thing prints great. If you need a large build volume you won't find a better printer for this price. Buy the printer.
Christopher E.
Works very good and it's easy to use. Took a long while to arrive but overall I very much enjoy it.
michael
One of the best starter printers. I've had this printer for a while and its upgradability is perfect to learn and grow with. It versatility with different filaments and the build volume, makes this one of the best printers out there to start with. Definitely recommend for a first timer.
Reinaldo T.
Amazing! First time and I love it. Set up was easy, I was printing within minutes after set up.
James H.
Arrived quickly! Great price. Very happy.
Thank you!
Glenn S.
Great printer for the cost. Essentially a bigger ender-3.
Michael P.
It works pretty good. Took forever for me to get everything leveled, and found out it’s because my bed is warped on the edges so I can’t print anything big until I replace it. Fairly good detail though.
Vazquez V.
Super accurate, very simple, and runs like a dream.
Taylor H.
This is my first 3D printer, and I am very pleased with it! I like that it has a large print bed, and came with the large bed leveling knobs. I definitely recommend it especially for the price!
clarence p.
Worked beautifully out of the box. And after a few minor upgrades, I can barely hear it running while in the same room.
Brandon D.
It does amazing at large/long prints. The heated bed keeps things nice and planted too. Great buy
Delbin A.
While I enjoy using the Creality cr-10, I have found that it is quite difficult to initially set up so that it works right off the bat, I often get warping issues so I use glue sticks to keep the items on the hotbed, and many of the small parts are quite delicate, such as the filament nozzles, wrenches as well as the filament itself. Likewise I encountered issues where I wasn't able to adjust the Z-axis starting height, so in order for the nozzle to not dig into the hotbed when I pressed the auto-home key I had to add a slight modifier in between the z-axis sensor and part of the metal side pillar. Leveling was simple enough but it seems to require leveling after nearly every print as well as needing the nozzle cleaned so that it doesn't clog or burn the filament. That said this is a very good model and for those familiar with 3D printing it is a easy setup, I however don't recommend it as a first model for those new to 3D printing.
Brett H.
Machine is great just wish the filament I ordered with it would get here so I can use it
Luke F.
Works great. Very high quality, awesome price.
william w.
Awesome printer. Glass not flat. Buy an upgrade plate makes all the difference.
Cris G.
I just purchased 2 CR 10 standard models and could not be happier. They print and perform as well as my other Creality machines. Highly recommended, especially, considering the price. I use sanded PEI sheets on top of factory glass bed and adhesion is perfect. The only issue I ran into on one machine is the fans making a racket until it warms up.
Jeffrey M.
Assembly was a breeze! Love the larger print volume. Upgrading the plastic extruder to metal, and getting a second glass bed.
John M.
Love this machine. Easy setup. Printing some mods to customize to my needs but can't complain. Been printing every day since purchase.
Patrick J.
I am in love! It is a great machine and can’t wait to really learn what I am doing (ha ha)!
Gerald M.
great printer fast delivery easy set-up love the size of the CR-10 may get another one later
adam p.
the price of the machine was decent, however, with the lack of quality control in manufacturing, I think these are more on par with a full on assembly kit at a fraction of the price. After weeks of fine tuning and fixing various problems, though, the print quality can be astounding. The bed came loose and wobbly, so I had to adjust the wheels, the belts needed to be tightened, every pre-installed screw was loose. some were stripped. probably the biggest thing that threw me off until i discovered it, was the extruder feed tube. This wasn't flush with the nozzle inside the throat, so filament was slowly building up in between the 2 parts, until every print was a constant clog. I replaced this with better tubing and a tungsten carbide nozzle, and it's better. The last bit, and the worst part, is that the metal bed is warped. the glass is also warped. I tried various pieces of thin copper shims everywhere it needed it, until ultimately replacing the glass with a polypropylene build plate. once this last piece was in place, the prints are 99% on par with my resin printer when sliced in dynamic quality. Overall, its a good printer once you iron out all of the things that should have been handled before leaving the warehouse floor. Now that I know what to look for, I would probably buy another one.
Joe H.
Took awhile to arrive as it was on back order, but once it arrived it was in great shape. Fairly straight forward to put together and get to the ready to print stage. Some things not the clearest but figured it out eventually. This is my first printer so I was starting from ground zero here. Does a great job printing. Quiet. No odors. I recommend.
Alfredo C.
Easy setup, great results.
Larry C.
When we plug the right wires into correct motor it ran great.
marwin l.
Awesome machine but changing filament is awe full ran out tried to add new and it stops print was printing 63 hours with an hour to go and now print is trash and have to start over
Sy N.
I am brand new to 3D Printing and I must say my entire family loves the CR-10. I bought the CR-10 because I wanted the bigger build bed. I must say with my very limited knowledge of 3d printers, I picked a great product and I will surely buy more printers from Creality.
Chris B.
First 3d printer, I am impressed how easy it was to set up. Instructions were clear for assembly. Minor bend in extruder head plate that was easily fixed. Good machine. Would buy again.
Nelson W.
Easy to set up out of the box, everything is clearly labeled. Still getting it dialed in,but excited about what's to come!
Martin C.
I just got my printer yesterday and put it together today, took me 20 minutes because I put the gantry on backwards, if had to assemble a new one now it would take me less than 10 minutes and I would be printing in 15. This thing is crazy, the hardest part is installing Cura on my computer which is easy, save yourself some time and go to the web site and download it from there you will be updating from the web site anyways. The sample model on the SD card you get is cool [ make sure that the glass is well secured, it will move if it isn't held down ] , as soon as that was printed i started my first 3D printed part for my Axial Bomber, which is printing right beside me as I type this review.
bandimalou
Great printer for the price, nice quality in my first print without too much adjusting I think it is a great platform to get into 3d printing like myself.
The printer came well packaged, protected and complete.
activeartdeco
Very good 3D printer with a value for money very interesting and a significant printing capacity to make superb impressions and with a good definition.
Luis Miguel Jibaja?
Great Printer, after 10 Minute assembly stunning quality on the first print. After getting familliar with 3D printing Im now able to print in 0,05 layers with this CR-10.
frazzlebird
Good printer that is easy to set up, has large build volume and is stable.Came with free quality fillament and tools to build it.
schoch
Great quality, easy to use and everything you truly need and more is in the box. Right of the box and some normal adjustments the print quality was truly amazing.
euphicali
Excellent quality product. It met and exceeded my expectations. Perfect impressions after a few minutes of assembling it. Excellent packaging, perfect quality.
If you follow the instructions of this magnificent printer on YouTube, perfect impressions will be achieved from the first time.
amcdougall
Print quality is very good compared to its price, I think CR-10 can handle with almost every single 3D print when you compare it with another brand, which costs a lot more.
Jackie
Superb packaging. Easy to put together and already come with tools, so no need to get yours. Easy to level the bed. No more than 30 mins and I was able to print a sample right away.
sebergo
Fast shipping
Good packaging
Easy assembly, nothing needed to tightened or adjusted, just worked
Great value for money
High quality

this printer easily handles the prints given to it. this printer had never malfunctioned on me. always have got results more than what I have expected.
Tovrin
The printer works perfectly. And i haven't had any problems with it. and it's working like a dream.
aiman
Frist of all I have seen all the unboxing videos of CR-10 and did read all the reviews about it. Finally when I got this printer, I got to know that all the sayings in the internet are true about this printer.
Angel
It does a good job. Tighten everything up snug tight, not too tight. Keep air circulation minimal. There's printable updates you can get to super it up more. Very versatile. You can run a large number of different slicers when you input the settings based on the printer. You can use other design software, run it through the slicers, and print. It uses micro sd. However, there's an adapter available on the internet so that you can use a regular sandisk into a micro sd.
Eren
very easy assembly. excellent quality with reasonable price
Maximilian
The printer is very robust and had informed me well before buying it. At first it costs a bit with the typical problems of adhesion but grabbing the morning I have begun to make impressions with excellent quality, thanks to the great community that there are also printed and different modifications to help you have better performance. It is an excellent printer if you already have experience and very easy to put together.
Gaetano
The printer works well and gives good prints. I'm new to 3D printing so I can't really compare to anything else except youtube clips from other printers. One thing I have notices is that the cat print (even though it didn't print the head) included gets printed in super awesome quality and prints I've gotten of Thingiverse and sliced with Cura does not reach that quality, I guess it has to do with settings in Cura and maybe the details of the 3D files. The quality is very nice anyway though, so no real complaint, just an observation. It takes some skills to do the right settings when slicing.
patboss
Easy to assemble, just about works out of the box, recommend this without hesitation.
Niekie Basson
The printer was assembled in a matter of minuets allowing me to start printing in under half an hour. Surprisingly the included Cat print was good and actually completed (Many CR10 Printers come with a corrupt file). Printed a few thing so far and all are good quality and require very little in the way of cleanup.
Steve
The machine arrived well packaged and after an easy assemble the prints were going fine. Really the only bad thing I've to say so far is the manual that was shipped with the printer - it is outdated. Creality seems to improve their printers all the time, but the manual are not matching the improvements which can be somewhat confusing. In short; An awesome machine for a really awsome price!
antonioficarra
Kit arrived in well packed box and unboxing was easy and set up done within 2 hours. Printer quality and printed objects were very good indeed and very pleased. Highly recommended
garofalo
Very good! Having lots of good prints out of it.
Damien
Printer of excellent quality, very powerful, pure pleasure.
Jingo70
The build quality is really good and has a clean look. Very happy with this purchase and am interested to see how it performs long term.
Bruno
This is my second expensive order printer Gearbest, I am looking for the largest capacity 300X300X400. At the level of value for money there is no picture. She makes beautiful pieces with a speed 50 and 0.2 finish. It is necessary to improve the CR-10, one can find full of car on Net. I do not regret my choice.
MSE Sales
Best bang for the buck printer. But don't buy it thinking you just plug and play. If you want some printer that you don't have to mess with pay $1500 and get a super fancy one. This one prints awesome but requires fine tuning and for you to learn about Slicers, Temperatures, Filaments, and every other variable that goes into a successful print. Most of the time the glass they supply is warped so just do yourself a favor and upgrade to a mirror from Lowes or Homedepot. Google it . This printer is a great first time printer if you are smart and like to troubleshoot and learn about real 3D printing. Easy easy setup but make sure every single screw is tight before printing. Do monthly maintenance, tighter belts and screws, clean it. Join all of the facebook groups for the CR-10 and read read read read and keep on reading while you are waiting for it to arrive.

Looks to be a good printer otherwise but I just got a bad unit. What was wrong? The plate to which the Extruder motor and Z Axis Lead Screw Guide assembly are mounted was either bent incorrectly or was bent during shipping so it was out of level. that caused the Z Axis lead screw to bind tightly so the Z Axis motor could not spin.
Contacted the company, who was very responsive and sent them the pics below with my findings about the plate. They completely agreed with the RMA so I am updating my review to award more 2 stars for the great way they handled the situation from start to end and because I like the design of the printer so much I ordered another CR-10 to replace this one.
R Owens
This thing is FRICKEN AWESOME. Got this to to replace my first gen QidiTech Dual and I am so happy i got this inste ad of something else. Of you are considering getting a different printer over this, think again. For the build volume and the price, you can't beat it. Only issue is that the printer doesn't have an enclosure but you can easily make your own. This printer is technically a "kit" but I easily unboxed this thing and had it printing in 30 min.
Rob Jones
Get it! You will not regret it!
I spent months researching different printers before i landed on this one. The main selling points: Huge print area 300x300x400, heated bed for ABS, and the kicker: it's already assembled. The best DIY setup out there, hands down. I was up and printing in less than 30 minutes after delivery. I highly recommend that your first prints be upgrades such as the fan duct, filiment guide, hot wire support, and frame supports for stability; all of which can be found for free at Thingaverse. I spent my entire first week printing off various upgrades to my machine to increase stability and print quality. For this price, it simply cannot be beat!

Purchased the CR-10 back in November on Thanksgiving day. Price was discounted was satisfied with the price. Received the Unit in two days free shipping. It arrived in excellent condition. The unit assembled as per instructions included on the SD Memory Card with out issue. Many users of this model have complained about the glass having a dip in the center. Mine does not and therefore I have been able to get excellent prints from it. I did have to tighten a few screws here and there, there was nothing missing and I would have done this anyway no matter of the brand of CR10.
Prior to purchasing the CR10 printer, about a year ago, I purchased a 3DP-17 printer. That printer did have some issues but the US based tech support was able to assist me and provided replacement parts without questions. I still use the 3DP-17 today and is a reliable printer.

I've been interested in 3d printing for about 15 years, but I've never had a use that's made it worth the money to buy a printer. Now, with a sub $500 machine, I have no excuses. This machine has changed the way I think about the world. It's a ton of fun, but it's also a lot of work and trial and error to get stuff to print right. Your milage may vary. But, if you love tinkering with stuff, this is an amazing purchase.
500 Projects LLC
My first machine is magic, I managed to fix the broken contacts to the bed plate after a printing for about a month non-stop.
Great machine.
I also like the fact that you can change filament while printing, eg., just cut off the existing filament and add another color while printing..
Jennifer Johnson
This beloved printer graces our living room and is almost considered family. After set up, we realized that it needed vibration pads under to help. I just happened to have some that I bought for my washer that I no longer needed. Thus, the printer now prints better, faster and with less wobble. (disclaimer: my husband is the one that uses the printer and I just keep it clean)
Alex
Update to my bad review. Found the problem with the power supply. It was an unplugged set of wires inside the Housing. Didnt have to break the warranty tape to reconnect. Printer is now up and running and after some initial settings changes and leveling the bed. Printer works great! Would highly recommend for the price and quality of prints you cant beat it. With a few mods you can even make it better. Highly recommend!!
Flowpath
Nice printer and easy to assemble. Still dialing in settings through cura. One problem I had was the hot end fan didn't work due to the polarity being reversed from the factory. Easy enough fix and a opportunity to upgrade the fan anyway. I'm using mirror tile from lowes instead of the stock glass plate with better flatness results. Can't wait to print some large models on the next roll of filament. Be sure to join the CR-10 Facebook group for lots of support.
Update: after about 15 prints the hot end randomly stopped heating or would quit all together. I traced the problem to the crimp connectors from the heating cartridge to the main wiring. I crimped them down better as a temp fix and ordered some spare cartridges. This could be why some people have random layer issues.
Jeremy
I was a little bit cautious because I wanted this printer to be a good investment as I dont often have a lot of fun cash. I really wanted the orange color but was fine with the blue. When it arrived it assembled easily and included some upgrades like an insulated bed with good insulation material, a metal part which to my knowledge was only printed before. I had a cheaper 3d printer before, and this one blows it out of the water! I wanted to leave a good review to let hictop and other customers know how happy I am with this printer. Would deal with hictop again in a heartbeat.
daniel sharp
My first prints looked great. It just works! I quickly printed some large parts to test out of square and dimensional accuracy and it was way better than I expected for 500 bucks. 3d benchy came out pretty nice on the first try.
T. Ryan W. Sandford
better than expected. set up in 15 minutes. was printing that day. got a student copy of solidworks, and a free gcode compiler called slic3r. have successfully printed PLA, and Nylon. I'm using the PLA for lost PLA casting of aluminum parts, and using the Nylon as printed. Nylon is very strong for a plastic. Must use a glue stick applied in a thin layer on the bed for the Nylon to adhere for the duration of the print on the heated glass bed.
AE
Quality materials, no hardware issues to date, and when the print is configured correctly and build plate leveled and prepared correctly, the prints have been excellent. Notes: create or buy an enclosure if printing ABS. For best bed adhesion: Elmers glue sticks have worked best for PLA, and the home made Acetone ABS slurry has worked best for ABS. 3D printing is not for the faint of heart.

Love this machine! Easy to assemble, dial in, fast shipping. Would def. buy again if able..

Overall a solid printer, especially for its price. I've had experience with Makerbots in the past, and the CR-10 has so far blown me away with how simple and effective it is. The packaging and setup was simple, requiring under an hour to get fully ready, and the print quality has been very good so far with Hatchbox brand filament. Using the heated bed, tape, and glue sticks, the prints have consistently held over about ten hours of printing so far.
Dustin
Most features for the price, just wish dual extrusion would be a thing.
Saso I.
Well the best price for a large scale 3d printer, quality is good. Not as good as MK2S but its less expensive. Great for cosplay
Marcel Hasan
Love this Machine!!
RetroDesign3D
Best printer I have. Since buying this one I have acquired 2 more CR-10 and two CR-10 mini. They are solid and dependable and produce great prints.
Andrew Muth
Prints great, its a printing workhorse in my house. Its been printing without major issues almost nonstop since I got it.
Draco
this printer performs better than expected even with the piece of glass it comes with. just have to make sure you snug down all the screws before you start printing with it.

I have been absolutely pleased with this printer! I wish that I had found this before I wasted my money on another (A3) printer.

easy to assembly. high volume. help me to create RC part in once

purchased for School to help start their STEM initiative, ideal printer to start with! Also the MFR stands behind their product 100%. Great support, to help solve the problem and send a replacement part. Extremely happy.
Andrew
Arrived much earlier than expected and assembly was easy, only taking 15 minutes.

Perfect - exactly as described! Prints GREAT!!!!
John Clay Talley
Unpacked it, assembled it, printed the test print, printed great the first time! I've never used a 3D printer before so I highly recommend it to beginners.
Keith Frost
I feel like I'm going to outgrow it, but I couldn't have asked for a better first printer. It would be nice if there were some upgrades, but It's the best out of the box for the price.
keith finn
Love it...easy set-up and ran test print on first try. Looking forward to upgrading.
LarryC
Bought this as my first 3D printer and am loving it. Very easy to assemble, yes I watched some vids online at u-tube to confirm I was doing everything right and avoiding any traps so to speak. I highly recommend this printer since it's easy to setup and to use. So far it's been doing an excellent job with my prints. If you're thinking of buying one of these I'd say don't wait for the price to go up. I'm including a pic of my first two prints, one is a 20mm cube and the other is a strain relief for the hot bed.
Jairo Garca
I did a TON of research before settling on this printer back in Aug 2017. For the $$, you'll be hard pressed finding a better 3D printer that's both relatively easy to use right out of the box w. large build volume. Putting together was pretty easy, especially w. the included instructions in microSD card. When things didn't quite make sense (you can tell instructions were just translated from Chinese), a quick google search cleared things right up. There's tons of support for this printer through various Facebook groups, you'll get an idea of what's possible w. this printer.
Most importantly, spend some time learning how to level the bed, as that 1st layer can prove to be tricky when you're first starting out, and will be what cause most prints to fail or succeed...in fact, one of your first prints should be large leveling knobs to make leveling much easier. If it seems that the included glass bed cannot be leveled properly, it's very likely that the glass is warped...this seems to be the most common complaint. However, a quick trip to IKEA for the 12" x 12" LOTS mirrors (Lowe's has similar) will make your life much easier. Using a mirror as bed with some glue stick for adhesion will give your prints a much smoother bottom layer than with the included glass and tape. Once you get first layers figured out, you'll be ready to tackle bigger prints! There are a few simple upgrades available once you get printer going, such as quieter fans, dampers for stepper motors; however, none of these are necessary to make awesome prints, as print quality is already SUPERB without ANY modifications.

This is beyond the best in Home 3D Printer I have seen! It prints in great detail! Well worth my money! Awesome stury design and was able to put together in 30 minutes.
Skyler Browning
I would recommend this product and this company over and over. I will definitely be buying a couple more of them in the future.

This thing is awesome. I've been printing non-stop since it got here. Mine came without the colored plastic trim installed. Instead it had both colors bundled in the box. It went together easy and I was printing within an hour. I'm using cura. I will update when I try and print TPU. I bought the upgraded aluminum extruder and won't be installing it. The aluminum extruder doesn't appear at all to be able to print TPU, it has too big of a gap. I printed the upgraded fan duct. It looks real simular to the one that it came with. I installed the printed one anyway. The SD card slot does suck a little. I almost lost the card, i had to turn the box on its side and smack it. It came with spare parts. I havent had any glass warpage issues at all. 20 plus hours printing on it so far with only my first print failing. I had the wrong filament selected. No other prints have failed, yet. Mine came with 2 wide strips of masking tape. This made a nice print surface and lasted 4 or 5 prints. I'm using the roll of masking tape provided now without glue or spray and PLA prints really great. PETG gave me a little more challenge for bed adhesion. I just use rafts when printing PETG.
Update 2 weeks after purchase.
I've printed more than a kilo of filament with my cr10. It printed TPU out of the box. I think I slide it from 60 to 50 mm/s print speed. It doesn't print PETG anymore, won't keep the temperature. It oscillates just under the temp setpoint. I bought new heater rod and thermocouple but havent swapped as it still prints at 200c just fine.
Mine had the heater bed strain relief already installed. I believe the extruder must have the upgraded parts installed new as well. Like I said it printed TPU out of the box.
I recommended throwing away the tape and buying a glue stick. Hairspray is eay too messy. I print on my original glass bed with glue stick. 60c for PLA woodPLA and TPU. 75c for PETG. The print nozzle has to be level to the bed.
The print nozzle should be level to the bed.
The print nozzle must be level to the bed.

After a year of printing on a MPSM v1 i decided it was time to upgrade.
Out of the box, this printer has impressed me. I did replace the glass plate with a 12x12 mirror.
Brennan Williams-Bilinski
Great Printer, as far as I can tell it essentially the same as the Creality CR-10 which has numerous videos on YouTube for reference and support. Prints small items well with little calibration but with some time and effort and a decent amount of filament you can manage to get large quality prints. Set up in ten minutes but is taking a few days of messing with it before Im getting accuracy and completion of large prints.
mhallacy
Amazing quality. I was up and running in no time, no problems at all, nice tools and spare parts included.

Easy setup. Check out YouTube tutorials to get the most out of this product. It has exceeded my expectations!
