With the ongoing health crisis in the world due to the Covid-19 / Coronavirus, many customers have experienced or are experiencing delays in shipping times. We have put social distancing protocols in place in all our factories and fulfillment centers to keep our employees safe. Carriers like DHL, UPS and FedEx have also done the same in their warehouses. This has caused longer than expected delays in 3D printer production, quality inspection, and unloading at the port. UPS or DHL tracking has been frozen or not showing progress. We apologize for the delay.
